1.1 - Is BeautyLippies a pre-order eCommerce store?
Yes, BeautyLippies started since 2017 as an online store. We offers a curated selection of chic beauty products, at your fingertips. As of now, we carry a wide range of brand such as Colourpop, Anastasia Beverly Hills, Morphe, Glossier, BH Cosmetics and Tarte Cosmetics and many more is coming soon.
1.2 - How long does the pre-order takes?
For pre-order, it usually takes around 14 - 21 days to reach us. Moreover, all products are directly purchased from USA manufacturers and distributors.
2.1 - Do I need an account with BeautyLippies in order to make a purchase?
Yes, creating an account with us allows you to take advantage of faster and easier shopping. Top benefits of creating an account:
- To track your shipping and order status.
- Easily for you to cart out for your next purchase.
2.2 - How do I create an account at BeautyLippies?
Easy! You may proceed to the top right corner and click on “Register”. This process generally takes less than a minute to complete. In addition, a confirmation email will be sent once your submission has been received.

3.1 - Currently, we only accept 2 types of payment (only applicable to Singaporean):
- DBS Paynow/Paylah
- Internet Banking
3.2 - Why only DBS Paynow/Paylah and Internet Banking?
Other types of payment gateway such as Paypal, requires additional charges fee per transaction (usually 2.9% - 3.1% of the total amount that you purchased). Therefore, using DBS Paynow/Paylah or Internet Banking allow our consumers to get their lovely cosmetics at the most affordable prices in Singapore.
4.1 - Can I amend my order after it has been confirmed and paid for?
We are unable to amend any orders as we process orders immediately when payment is confirmed.
4.2 - Can I cancel my order?
Unfortunately, we are unable to cancel orders once it is paid.
4.3 - Where can I see my order status?
You may login to your account, click on 'Account' -> 'View Order History' to view your order status.
5.1 - How long does shipping take?
The processing time for orders is 2-4 working days. Kindly allow for a window of 2-3 weeks for items to arrive. All items are shipped out within 3 working days of arrival.
5.2 - Can I self-collect my parcel via meetup?
Yes, you may but subject to my preferred location and timing. For more information, please kindly whatsapps us.
5.3 - Will I get charged for a re-delivery?
Yes, there will be extra charges for re-delivery if your parcel have bounced back to us due to wrong address given.
5.4 - What should I do if my order has not arrived my side?
Please kindly email or whatsapps us your invoice number and we will check for you behalf on SingPost. (only apply for register mail)
5.5 - What type of delivery service do you provide?
- Normal Mail (Without tracking number)
- Register Mail (With tracking number)
- AM Mail
5.6 - What if I have not receive my parcel?
We will not refunds or exchange request for any loss mail through Normal Post. For Registered Mail, Please email us with your order ID & Tracking Number given.
- For postage not insured, we will not cover any for loss mail. (Strictly no refunds)
- For items that are insured, if SingPost stated item as "delivered" , We will not cover for the loss.
- We will not cover for any loss for wrong address given.
5.7 - What do I do if I receive a faulty item or have a problem with an item ordered?
Please noted that we are not responsible for any cracked eyeshadow or products when item is shipped.
